Standard Package - $150Our Standard Package includes a 3-5 minute final video, basic editing, set to background music. This will be non-branded video tour (for MLS) perfect for small homes or condos. Filming takes approx. one hour and will be uploaded to youtube. Premium Package- $250
Our Premium Package includes an extended video tour approximately 5-10 minutes (depending on property sq ft). This is a more detailed video tour focusing on standout features such as kitchen, master bath, appliances, etc. More editing will be involved as well as basic color correction to balance between the different lighting the camera will pick up during filming. You will receive two final videos, one branded (with your contact information) and one nonbranded (for MLS). Text, provided by the agent, will be added to the bottom of the video to describe features, rooms, etc. to the viewer. You will also receive the two video tours on CD so you can have for other use. Filming will take approx. 1.5 hours and both videos will be uploaded to youtube. Please note there is a 5,000 sq ft limit on this package. |
An example of a Branded Video Tour would be a video tour that has visual, verbal, or written information about the agent or agents office in the video. A Non Branded Video Tour is a video tour that does not have any information about the agent, agents office, etc. Video tours that are submitted to MLS for sharing by IDX (Internet Data Exchange) partisipants typically must exlude branded information.  |
