We are a small video production company located in Round Rock, Texas. We specialize in real estate video marketing tours for the web. We film, edit, and upload your real estate video to give the public a 24/7 tour of your property with the click of mouse.
Video tours provide the viewer with a sense of depth, layout, and floor plan that virtual tours cannot provide. Once your video is complete, we will then provide you with your own video file so you can upload your real estate video tour to youtube for all to see.
We film each video tour with our glidecam and glidetrack system. These systems assist in eliminating shakiness and will provide you with the smoothest shots available. It also gives the viewer a sense of detail, layout, and depth which photos cannot provide.
Video tours will never substitute an actual walk through tour with one of your clients, but it is a great first step in the process.

Well, we started out about 6 years ago filming weddings in the Austin area. Although we never really encountered many "Bridezillas", we slowly transitioned into filming real estate. Your video tour and real estate photography will be filmed or shot by a licensed real estate agent. If the property is on lockbox, you and your clients do not have to be present during the filming or shooting.
